Feeling very proud of our new QR code linking back to our Beef pages to market our strong link to Andrews Butchers on Marlborough High Street. We finish our beef on grass to Andy’s specification with the attributes of the Hereford Breed to the fore. He hangs it for 28 days and usually longer, to give intense flavour and colour and lovely marbling that makes you want to keep on coming back.
