Slow cooked shoulder of lamb
Consuming as well as producing – this is a slow roasted shoulder of Hampshire lamb coated in a tikka curry paste – see http://www.eatwelshlamb.co.uk/recipes/a/autumn-slow-cooked-curried-shoulder-of-welsh-lamb It works for Hampshire lamb too! This gave 5 of us four great meals – the roast, a curry, a stir fry, a risotto and then the dog got three bones.
